Transformational THERAPEUTIC writing coach

I’m Emily — a transformational therapeutic writing coach and a voice from the quiet edges of care.

I support women in reconnecting with who they are beneath the noise, the expectations, and the versions of themselves they’ve had to become. My work is especially close to those navigating loss, identity shifts, or the quiet ache of not quite recognising themselves anymore.

I know what it feels like to move through life carrying something heavy. To look like you’re coping on the outside while feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are now.

Through my work, I create a space that feels calm, compassionate, and deeply grounding. A space where you can gently untangle what you’re holding, reconnect with your voice, and begin to move forward with clarity, self-trust, and a quiet kind of confidence.

Using reflective writing, mindset work, and intentional guidance, I help you turn your experiences into something meaningful — not by rushing you forward, but by meeting you exactly where you are.

With over 13 years of experience working clinically in the NHS with weight management programmes across Cumbria, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of people make meaningful, sustainable changes to their lifestyle and health. 

As a registered ANutr Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition, and a skilled Holistic Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher, I offer a blend of practical knowledge and intuitive, healing therapies.​ 

With me, you can trust you’re in capable hands. I’ll support you every step of the way as we work together to nourish, restore, and transform your health and wellness.
